• Removal of dust and accumulated sediments
• Complete cleaning of the tank walls and base
• Optional cleaning of bathroom fixtures upon request
• Service completed within 3 to 5 hours, depending on the tank condition
• Use of safe, approved cleaners suitable for drinking water tanks

Important Notes:

• This service is for drinking water tanks only, not for sewage or wastewater tanks.
• Additional charges apply for rooftop concrete tanks.
• Tanks larger than 5×5 meters will incur an extra cost.
• Root removal inside tanks is not included in the service.
• Water drainage will be directed through a drainage point or into the street.
• Clean Land is not responsible for any plumbing leaks or external damages.
• Please make sure the water level in the tank is at a quarter or lower before service begins.
