Important Notes:

• No other workers are allowed on-site during the cleaning service.
• The service does not include the removal of glue residue left from removing carpets or floor coverings.
• The service does not include cleaning of glass facades.
• Once the site is handed over, no further comments or requests will be accepted—please ensure you check the quality of the service before the team leaves.
• Maximum room size: 40 m² 
• Maximum villa size: 300 m² 
• Service duration: 2 to 3 working days 

Work Process:

We follow a meticulous top-to-bottom cleaning approach to ensure thorough removal of dust and dirt. The service includes the following tasks:

• Dusting all walls
• Cleaning all surfaces and flooring
• Deep cleaning of bathrooms, including walls
• Cleaning and polishing light switches
• Cleaning both interior and exterior doors
• Cleaning lighting fixtures (including spotlights and ceiling lights — excluding chandeliers)
• Cleaning skirting boards (baseboards)
• Cleaning windows and window recesses (up to 2 meters in height only; anything above is considered part of the facade)
• Cleaning exhaust fans
• Cleaning air conditioner filters (if present)
• Cleaning all sanitary ware
• Cleaning outdoor areas and balconies (if included in the service)
• If kitchen cleaning is added: includes cleaning of kitchen walls and surfaces

Service Exclusions:

• Performing maintenance, dismantling, or installation work.
• Cleaning electrical appliances from the inside or any tasks requiring technical disassembly.
• Any services outside the scope of standard cleaning.

Important Notes:

• It is recommended that the site be free of obstacles or excess furniture to ensure efficient performance
• Final results must be reviewed with the team on-site, as the service does not include follow-up visits for corrections
• The service is carried out based on the condition of the property, please inform us in advance of any special requirements.
