Scope of Service:

• Surface Cleaning
  Detailed cleaning of all visible surfaces, including tables, shelves, and countertops.
• Kitchen Cleaning
  Comprehensive cleaning of cabinets and drawers (inside and out), provided they are emptied in advance. External surfaces of kitchen appliances will also be wiped and sanitized.
• Bathroom Cleaning & Sanitization
  Complete cleaning and disinfection of sinks, toilets, walls, and all bathroom surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene.
• Window Cleaning
  Interior window cleaning, with exterior cleaning performed where access permits, ensuring the removal of accumulated dust and grime.
• Wiping of Doors, Drawers, Walls, and Electrical Outlets
  Full dusting and wiping to maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Balcony | Terrace Cleaning
  In-depth cleaning of floors and corners, with dust and debris thoroughly removed.

Not Included the Service

• Post-construction apartment cleaning.
• Removal of adhesives or paint.
• Removal of construction materials such as cement and carpentry debris.
• Rust removal.

Important Notes:

• To ensure service quality and a smooth workflow, please make sure no workers are present at the site during the cleaning process.
• Once the team completes the service, they will not return for any modifications. Therefore, please ensure you inspect and approve the quality of the work before they leave.
