Scope of Service:
- We eliminate all common types of pests found in residential and commercial areas.
- We provide thorough indoor and outdoor spraying, with special attention to corners, entrances, and hidden areas.
- We use pesticides that are officially approved and safe for human use.
- We treat breeding and hiding spots to ensure long-lasting results.
- Spot sanitization is applied after spraying, if needed.
Service Exclusions:
- Removal of bird nests or animal waste
- Repairing pest-related damage (e.g., wires, wood, or wall damage)
- Installation or maintenance work unrelated to pest control
- Working in locations that lack proper ventilation or require special arrangements that were not coordinated in advance.
- Carrying out tasks that fall outside the direct scope of pest control.
Important Notes:
- It is strongly advised to vacate the premises, including children and pets, for at least 6 hours after treatment
- If anyone at the location has specific medical conditions (e.g., asthma, allergies), please inform us in advance
- Our team does not return to the site after service completion, we recommend confirming full satisfaction before the team leaves

- Application of treatment across all identified areas
- Post-service guidance provided to the client (regarding wait time, ventilation, and cleaning)
